The All Day Dining Restaurant at The Westin Abu Dhabi will cater to a diversity of markets, a mix of locals – business and leisure and golfers, families and couples and hotel guests. Our signature event is Bubbalicius Friday Brunch. The produce and product at the all- day dining restaurant is to be perceived as innovative, with a multitude of world influences. The kitchen will be open plan with the Asian and the Arabic kitchen sections being an integral part of the dining experience while the Mediterranean section is set as a piano kitchen facing the restaurant. The atmosphere created with the buffet action counters creates an overall interactive experience presenting influences found throughout the Mediterranean and Asia from the South East to afar, and closer to home with foods with intrinsic character of the Middle East, setting the bench mark of modern All Day Dining in Abu Dhabi.
