In the words of the owner East Village isn’t meant to please everyone; “it’s a restaurant for people who know how to spend their money on quality food.” The theme, inspired by East Village in New York, aspires to capture the spirit of the Manhattan dining experience. Inner city Brick walls and wood furniture under warm Edison lights compliment a sophisticated menu. Almost all of the ingredients are homemade, even their milk is fermented in-house. In the open kitchen patrons can see their daily-ground burger patties sizzle on the grill or enjoy the aroma of their grass-fed filet mignon.
