How do I sign up for Reserveout?
Piece of cake! If you check the top right corner of www.reserveout.com select "Sign In", you’ll be directed to a page where you can either register through any of your social media account, or fill out your details, then select “Sign Up Now” to complete registration. We will send you a welcome email shortly after you create your account.
How do I make a reservation?
Type the restaurant name or search criteria in the search bar at the top of the reserveout.com page, Select the date, time, and the number of people in your party and then select "Find Table". If you are not signed in or don't have an account you will be asked to create one or sign in then. Once signed in, you will be provided with availability for your restaurant of choice or other availabilities if the restaurant is fully booked then. Enjoy!
How do I edit or cancel a reservation?
Once you sign in to your account, click your name and choose ‘Reservations’ from the list in order to be directed to the page where you can edit or cancel your reservation.
What If I want to reserve at a restaurant not on reserveout.com?
Tough to believe that some restaurants aren’t working with us yet, right? It happens occasionally.
Help us bring your favorite restaurants online by letting them know that they should talk to us and let us know which restaurants they are so we can also talk to them. Email us your suggestion at suggest@reserveout.com.
What is a no-show?
Once you confirm your reservation, the restaurant dedicates a table especially for you. However, we are aware that things might stand in the way. Therefore, please make sure to cancel or modify your reservations if you are unable to attend, otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, and restaurants might penalize us for it.
Why did Reserveout tell me there were no tables available, but when I called the restaurant I got one?
When you search restaurant availability on reserveout.com we immediately search the computerized reservation system of the restaurant for availability, at that time there was no tables available. It so happens that some people might have canceled their reservation, and in other cases, some restaurants like to keep a few tables available for special circumstances and you might have been offered one of those tables.
Why was my reservation cancelled?
If you did not cancel your reservation, but received an email of cancellation notice, then the restaurant has recorded your party as a "cancelation" in their Reserveout Electronic Reservation Book. This could have happened either by accident or if the restaurant has an issue that hindered them from serving you. If the reservation has not yet occurred, please contact the restaurant to see if they can reinstate your reservation or email us at ‘info@reserveout.com’ and we will happily look into it.
How can I submit ratings and reviews for restaurants?
There are a few important qualifications to be able to submit ratings and reviews to appear on the reserveout.com:
- You must book and honor a reservation at a participating restaurant via reserveout.com
- After enjoying your meal, you will be asked to give us your dining feedback by selecting on the “Reviews” option on the left side of the screen.
- Your ratings and reviews must comply with our Community Standards in order to be published on reserveout.com
Why am I not receiving confirmations or other emails from Reserveout?
E-mail programs and Internet Service Providers can easily mistake important messages for junk mail and automatically put them in your bulk or junk folder. To ensure the e-mails you've requested are delivered to your inbox, add our e-mail address to your address book.Simply follow the instructions below for your e-mail provider.
Gmail
- Open the Reserveout email
- Click on More Actions in the nav bar
- Click on Filter Messages Like These
- The Reserveout domain will appear in the From filter
- Click Next Step
- Check the box, Never send it to Spam
- Click Create Filter
Yahoo
Yahoo Mail uses a combination of bulk mail folders and filters. If you are not receiving your Reserveout emails, check your Bulk Mail, locate the filtered Reserveout email, and choose This is Not Spam next to the "Sender" field.
MSN/Hotmail
- In the upper right hand corner, click Options
- Click on More Options
- Click on Safe and Blocked Senders
- Click on Safe Senders
- For the Sender to mark safe please enter "mail@reserveout.com" and click Add to list
- Changes are automatically saved
Outlook
- On the Tools menu, click Options
- On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail
- Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab
- Click Add
- In the Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter "mail@reserveout.com" and then click OK
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each name or address that you want to add
How do I update my personal information?
After signing into reserveout.com at the top right corner click on "My Profile" and then from the left menu select "account settings" from there you are able to change any of your personal information including passwords.
